For the 2nd time the Open Austrian Championship “Pink Wingsuit Challenge“ 2026 took place in Fromberg. Markus Ebert was able to defend his overall title against Armin Teuchtmann and Sebastian Uttenthaler. In the first round 3 Austrian records were already broken. Markus distance (4443m) and time (81.8sec) and Armin in speed (292.5km/h).

Unfortunately the competition had to be stopped after only 4 jumps, due to weather conditions.

Nevertheless, it was a great event with a lot of new and highly motivated competitors from all over Austria and neighboring countries.

The performance level continues to rise in Austria.

Austrian Nationals final standings:
🥇 1st - Markus Ebert (CR+)
🥈 2nd - Armin Teuchtmann (CR+)
🥉 3rd - Sebastian Uttenthaler (Barracuda)

🥉 3rd - And Janusz Paliszek (CR+ worlds)
