SQRL Pilots win 2026 World Acro Championships

Congratulations to Team Sweden, which took gold in wingsuit Acro in their first ever World championship, followed closely by France in second and USA in third.

The top four teams battled it out to the very last round with all four in close contention, it was an exciting competition to be watching from the sidelines as each video and scores were being posted up.

There was some drama with the judges confusing some free routine barrel rolls with out of control flight, and some pretty brutal style scores that ended up shaping the overall outcome of the event.

8 out of 9 teams flew SQRL, with Squirrel pilots winning Gold and Bronze.
